Test Case Generation Agent 

Integrated directly into Jira, this agent transforms user stories into standardized test cases and Gherkin scenarios. 

Using few-shot learning techniques, the agent continuously improves its outputs based on previous validations, increasing accuracy and reducing manual effort over time. 

Bug Triage Agent 

The Bug Triage Agent automates one of the most time-consuming aspects of software delivery through a structured five-stage process: 

• Incident ingestion  

• Client-specific classification using configurable rules  

• Coverage analysis to identify testing gaps  

• Automatic generation of additional test cases when required  

• Prioritization and routing to the appropriate teams  

Human oversight remains part of the workflow, ensuring quality and control while dramatically reducing repetitive tasks. 

Unified Delivery Dashboard 

MerAIdian also provides role-based dashboards tailored to QA Engineers, Technical Leads, and Managers. 

These dashboards offer: 

• Real-time delivery status visibility

MerAIdian is further strengthened by the AgileTV SmartTV Lab in Bilbao. 

The lab provides a comprehensive testing environment featuring: 

• Multi-vendor Smart TV fleets across webOS, Tizen, and Android TV  

• NPAW probes capable of monitoring up to 12 set-top boxes simultaneously  

• Multi-OS UI automation capabilities  

Together, these capabilities create a continuous QA pipeline where tests can be generated, executed, and reported automatically with minimal manual intervention. 

Delivering Measurable Results 

The impact of MerAIdian is already visible across live customer projects. 

During a five-week period in Q1 2026, the platform: 

• Processed incidents across five simultaneous projects  

• Eliminated 76 hours of manual work  

• Achieved 100% incident classification coverage  

• Prevented orphaned bugs from entering the workflow  

In addition, approximately 80% of AI-generated outputs were accepted without requiring rewriting, significantly outperforming the industry benchmark of around 60%. 

By automating test case creation, bug triage, requirements analysis, and reporting activities, AgileTV teams have been able to free up roughly 60% of the time previously dedicated to these tasks. 

The Next Stage: AI Across Development and Operations 

MerAIdian has already been validated with leading European and Latin American operators, but this is only the beginning. 

The next phase of development will expand AI-driven automation into software development itself, including executable code generation and CI/CD integrations with automated quality gates. 

Beyond development, AgileTV is also exploring multi-agent systems capable of supporting onboarding processes, operational monitoring, and incident management.
