  • The company grew by 7.6% in net revenue and 16.3% in EBITDA, achieving a 33% increase in cash conversion compared to the previous year.

Bilbao, May 5th 2026AgileTV, the commercial brand of Agile Content, listed on BME Growth, closed fiscal year 2025 with a strong financial and operational performance. The international television and streaming technology solutions company boosted its cash flow by 33% year-over-year to nearly €10 million (compared to €7.4 million in 2024) and increased its gross operating profit (EBITDA) by 16.3% to €16.9 million (compared to €14.5 million in 2024). Gross revenue in 2025 reached €103.1 million, €1.4 million more than the previous year, and net income increased by 7.6% to €67.2 million.

The market for internet-based TV streaming technology continues to grow due to new entertainment consumption habits. New operators and broadcasters are joining this trend, opening up new opportunities for AgileTV.

In 2025, the company strengthened its international presence with agreements with telco operators Liwest in Austria, Vodafone Spain (for its Lowi brand), Mediaset Spain, and other operators in Latin America, as well as a strategic alliance with Canal+ for the joint marketing of the “Entertainment Hub” in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Furthermore, AgileTV has updated its portfolio of technology products for operator networks, including its new CDN Director, designed to help operators and broadcasters protect their content against piracy. AgileTV, through its subsidiary WeTek, has also launched new device software products such as ADM (Agile Device Manager). This business continued its growth trajectory in 2025, with major clients increasing their orders, primarily in the second half of the year.

It’s worth noting that the AgileTV platform was awarded “Best of Show” at IBC 2025, the world’s leading trade show for television technologies. Furthermore, last month the company secured the same Award at the NAB Show in Las Vegas, which focuses on the American market.

Outlook
With a strong customer base—including 18 of Europe’s top 50 telco operators—the launch of new technology products, and strategic partnerships with industry leaders, AgileTV remains committed to growth and its guidance for fiscal year 2026.

“These results reflect AgileTV’s ability to grow profitably, strengthen its international operations, and continue innovating solutions that deliver real value to our customers,” said Koldo Unanue, CEO of AgileTV. “And all of this has a direct impact on increasingly strong financial results, as more business opportunities are being generated and converted into revenue.”
